It is the biggest piece of garbage that I have ever had the displeasure of owning. VZW was not much help, either!
Each time that i needed technical support about this product BOTH VZW and Audiovox pointed fingers at each other. Then I learned that most of the operating software is not the latest and greatest.
I am returning mine back to the VZW store tomorrow and get my old phone back. At least, I would not haave to put up up with the arrognace and sheer "not my fault" mantra of these OJOHOYKJBKJHK NB!
Wwhen my VZW contract ends so will a 12year customer relationship which VZW did not care about when I asked them to keep me happy. When they said cancel the account, I WILL!
