Audiovox

I have an Audiovox SMT5600.

About 3 weeks ago it just froze up and I couldn't get it to do anything.

I turned it off.

But when I turned it on again it would bring up an Audiovox screen and than a screen saying Windows Mobile.

Than it would eventually go back to the audiovox screen.

If I leave the phone on it just keeps cycling those 2 screens over and over. I can't even turn the phone off. I tried holding down the power button. I have to take the battery out.

So the first time it happened, I was on the road and didn't have time to mess with it. So I did a Hard Reboot, which takes the phone back to the way you got it. Which EVERYTHING is lost.

It's been about 3 weeks now and last night I decided to just turn my phone off and when I turn it on it starts doing the rebooting again.

tried calling customer support..

They didn't have any suggestions as far as what might be causing the problem..

I am in my first 30 days.. So I can just take it back and get another one.. But I hate that I am going to lose everything..


Any suggestions for Future Backing up EVERYTHING...
