this. Bottom line, the files you send to
the phone need to have a ".mid" extension,
but can in fact be MP3 files if they are
sampled with specific characteristics (mono
and max 96K bitrate I think). So you
can sample a voice and convert it to MP3 if
you like, and send it to your phone with a .mid
extension, save it and voila! You also have to
be careful how you send ringtones to your
phone. Check out those groups for specifics.
