You might be talking about that yet to be released Audiovox CDM-9900 for Verizon Wireless. This has speakerphone, camera wich records video, and 6 megs of memory, plus every bell and whistle you could probably think of (except PTT). It's the next new-hotness phone that everyone seems to be waiting for, including myself. hth
