Am unable to use phone outside in the daytime. The image is pale or totally blank. Have tried all suggestions from Motorola, when I can get a "people". AT&T will not help, they say it's Motorola's problem. Motorola will not help, it's almost like "what ya got is what ya bought, sorry"

Have tried ALL the settings for color , contrast, etc

Its difficult to believe an American company would put a product like this on the market and not be required to put "BUYER BEWARE" somewhere on the product .

Screen viewability depends on the type of display and display back. My SE T608 has a color backlit LCD that is impossible to read in sunlight. My Motorola 270C uses a monochrome LCD with the holographic back (made famous with Motorola's pagers back in the day) that jumps out at you like a freight train in sunlight.

If you use your phone outdoors frequently, it may be worth investigating other phones that will suit your usage better. FWIW, I'm envious that you find yourself able to be outdoors so often. 🙂
