Motorola

I purchased the v300 from Tmobile back in April. I had to return it 3 weeks ago because the display just disappeared. No physical damage done, all I did wsa charge it over night, next morning, no display. Took it to Tmobile they troubleshooted it and determined it was defective. Called tmobile for a replacement, no problem no delays, received one quickly. Last night same thing with the new phone, no display. I took out the battery to reset it, nothing. The phone turns on, I could dial out, I just can't see the display. any suggestions? Is this a known issue? Did I get a refurb as a replacement maybe? Tmobile said that was a possibility....
