Hi Everyone,

I've used Motorola phones for several years and never once had a problem.

I think you guys are just retarded. I use my phone several hours a day and I have only dropped it a few times. It sounds like you guys drop your phone several times a day. That's like saying "Sony televisions suck, after falling only three times it didn't work!"

Obviously anything would break if you keep dropping it. Motorola is the leading phone in Consumer Reports, and any polling that show it underperforms are biased.

Please leave motopaulie alone.

I'm not really sure antenna's should come off the phone without the phone being dropped at all though. Yes, this does happen and is an acknowleged issue is the V60.

I also don't feel that one day the phone should never off and never turn back on again. You try another battery, and still no good. Have have the customer check for water damage by examining the battery contacts, fog/condestation, etc under the screen..nope.

Moto's are just bad, bad, bad!

MS,
Thanks so much for your email about me. I had to change my nick because of the AWS reps' intolerance. But anyway, i just wanted to let u know that all of the companies have good and bad things, but some of them have worse things than the others. To these companies' reps, please be more tolerant for the next time.

Perhaps if your opinions weren't so bold and inflamatory we wouldn't come after you like we did. Especially when you come to a carrier's forum and tell people to call us because it is our job to give out information that policy, and sheer lack of availability prevents us from doing. All you do is infuriate reps by encouraging a customer to partake in our biggest complaint, rep shopping. If you cant take a shot, don't throw the first one.

Yeah, and i'd like to know what issue of "consumer reports" you were reading because moto hasn't lead ANYthing since the analog age. NOKIA is the current leader.
