Okay, so my father got this phone. The first phone had the clickwheel four directional buttons go out COMPLETELY and the screen go with lines and black then after about a day , so he went and got that one replaced. Last night, he slightly bumped up against the wall with it in his hand, and now something in the slider is broken and slides open when turned to the side. So a new phone was sent out today. And he's never dropped it

Outrageous if you ask me!
