What are best dimensions to send pics to W755 Motorola Verizon phone

Just got W755 phone. Too bad BITPIM will not work with it. Too bad you have to use 2 programs MPT (at update dialog) and then P2K to manipulate add ringtones and pics. I am pretty computer literate but Verizon locked this phone and I really do not want to mess with 2 programs plus the USB drivers.

I found the best way to send ringtones was via Phonezoo for free. It does not list the W755 but I picked another phone and it worked fine. Sending a text message to the phone via email with a ringtone attached does not allow you to save it as a ringer. It will only save it to My Music folder.

***Now on to the real question. What are the best dimensions I should resize photos on my PC before I send them via text message to my phone???

My previous LG phone had a suggested X x Y inch or pixel size that worked best so there was no cropping of the pic when sent to the phone. Also trying to minimize file size as well
