Is it just me but this phone must hate me. I just got the phone jan 21st the guy at the store told me it was an amazing phone so i went with it. Now I work for a customer care service for a cell phone company so i knew all the questions to ask but, i guess this phone is just a lemon. It freezes, has HORRIBLE signal, the battery is also HORRIBLE and a couple days ago I was trying to do the *228 option and my phone screeched and shut off. Also i cant hear through the earpiece I have to start I've also had 1 exchange and done all the troubleshooting I can from home. What should I do? I kinda miss my BB 8520 that phone was a trooper. And also I know this is like a long rant but my girlfriend has the exact same phone same case and hers only freez...
