Moto w755 speakerphone echo

I have the Motorola w755. When I use the speakerphone on my end it sounds great, but the person I'm talking to hears a terrible echo. (his or her voice being repeated). Does anyone have this problem? How do you fix it? This is the second phone. Thanks.

Are you doing this with max volume? Try to see if turning it down helps.
