i need help

ok i have a 3595. i have an older one. i want to upgrade to the software of the newer ones with aim in the menu. cs said i could get the upgrade in the store so i go there and the guy said he has no idea what i am talkin about and says they cant do it. i called today and the lady said all they could do is sell me a new phone. so how do i get my phone upgraded??? anyhelp is appreciated

i have software version 7.20 released on 9/7/03 if that matters

ummm .... sorry. you can't put the aol on the 3595 w/o aol. you CAN try to find an emulator that does the same. try looking at www.3gupload.com they have an emulator that worked for me.
