Best thing i can think of is go to www.gsmworld.com , take a look at the coverage maps under the gsm roaming section, itl show what frequencies are used by carrier, ( not all), go to http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/index_all.ph p
find a phone that uses same frequency, and try to find a online dealer where u can get a unlocked version.
