urgent!!! :(
hello im new here..well,i've got a problem with my nokia 3100..i used to have this problem almost 3 weeks..and i dont really know what to do..i tried to look for a help here on the internet but havent found anything..my "gp to" shortcut restarts my phone...is there someone who can help me urgently please??im going crazy with it...arggghh!! 😡 please help me thanks!!a reply would be really appreciated...thanks!!bhubye!! 🙂

You can try a master reset, also hard-resetting by removing the battery & replacing it. If that doesn't work, try your sim (if @ all possible) in a known working phone just to be sure it's fine, then call your provider for a replacement...
