There is no way to unlock that phone to work for any other carrier but Metro PCS. I know it sucks but only GSM phones have the abbility to be unlocked to work for other GSM carriers. I tryed it myself and got no where and ended up having to sell it on ebay. Good luck!

There is a way to bypass the programming from one cdma carrier to another. Don't ask me how, I just know it can be done. However, it's not a permanent fix. The first time you go on a tower that is programed for the original carrier, the phone will revert back to it's original programming, and/or you will be charged roaming fees on your new system. Happens every time. No matter what anyone tells you, there is no way to permanently change a cdma phone from one carrier to another.
