LG CU500
1. I was told the LG CU500 phone was a $300 phone. The Cingular store offered it to me at $159. I held off and kept coming back for a month until I got a "deal" of 2 phones for $100 plus tax. Imagine my surprise, when Best Buy offered the same phone for $49.99 and it came with accessories. I didn't get a DEAL from Cingular.
2. I received no accessories from Cingular.
3. I went to 4 Cingular stores. None have the USB cable, and you have to get the data card from a store like Target. This is to be able to interact with the computer to transfer pictures, games, and ring tones. Total price: around $60 plus tax.
4. No games came with the LG CU500 phone. NONE! I could not believe it! A "$300" phone with no games? The card ...

1. The LG CU500 retails for $300 and up, you get discounting with the contract. The phone from LG comes with nothing from factory, so that's best buys doing.
2. Cry about it, everybody wants something for nothing. You think Cingular gets the accessories for free?
3. The stores have been out of the USB cable because of the high demand, that's true with many phones. Cingular does have the cards but many stores do not carry them in stock, they can order them. I hope you got a 2GB card for $60, or you got ripped off.
4. Every LG CU500 comes with demo games. If you want to continue playing you pay for them. What did you expect? A game boy in your phone?
