vx 8600 sound player error?

😳 my sound recorder records songs fine, but when i play them back only 5 seconds plays -- however, i know the whole recording is intact because i can take the file off the phone and play it with a QCP player.

what's going on? is this a bug?

might be a defect with the phone, bring it to a verizon tech department and have them take a look at it
