vx6000 FROZEN/Broken

I bought my new Vx6000 in December. On day 3 I was playing around with forwarding a news text message. I tried sending it to 4 people, the phone froze and would not shut down, or respopnd to closing clam shell, or even removing battery and replacing it. I tried for over 2 hours trying to get it going. I left it without the battery overnight and the next morning it worked with no problems. The same thing happened 1 week later. Since that time I have had no problems. UNTIL yesterday when I tried forwarding to 3 people. Same thing no response, remove battery, press ON and the screen lights up white with Verizon logo then in 15 minutes fades to black and no response.

what size was the messages you were trying to send?
If you are attempting to send large messages that use a lot of memory to one or more persons it could cause the phone to freeze. A suggestion would be to send large messages to only one person at a time.
A phone is not a computer, it can not always handle the type of use that you may be able to do on other equipment
