My boyfriend has the same problem with his phone and has sought help elsewhere but I thought I would post his problem. I was going to get this LG Canada phone as well but I have reconsidered...
This is what he has to say about his LG EnV2,
"I am on my 2nd Env2 and about to get my 3rd probably tomorrow. I really like the hardware design of the phone but this keeps resetting during my phone calls, disconnects bluetooth and all just out of the blue. I have no real way of reproducing this 100% of the time. I am pretty sure I will have the same issue with my 3rd one so I'm gettting ready to probably get a different phone."
