4500 email retrieval problem.
🙄 My husband set up his voice mail on his cell phone. Now, he forgot what password he put in and it won't allow him to check the messages. We have tried all the numbers that we think he would have used and nothing seems to work. The messages are piling up! Does anyone know how to change a password to the voicemail?

Call customer service. If you are on verizon they will reset the Voicemail password to 1 + "the last 4 of your phone #". Customer service for Verizon is *611 from your handset or 18009220204. 😁
