I have always heard that LG doesnt make that strong of phones. Not bad when it comes to service or the phones features, but that the hardware of the phone itsself is crappy...
I am a Alltel/Nextel/CellularONE dealer. Though nextel doesnt us LG, the other two do, and I want to be providing my customers with the best phones. Any suggestions?

My opinion would be that what you have "always heard" is in error.
LG makes phones that are as strong and durable as any in the industry -- and probably more so than a lot of them.
I've run a 4 line family plan for the past 10 years or so (and single lines much much longer than that) and the LG's have always stood up extremely well. I've got a kid who beats the crap outta phones and she's had LG's literally coming apart at the seams after two years of extremely hard use that still make crystal clear calls. Been through probably 30 some phones in my "cellular life", the majority LGs, and never had a single failure. Had a couple of early Moto's fail and a Qualcomm fail but never an LG.
