you have to mail them yours, they will have it a few eeks, then if they find a waranty problem they will fix your phone or send you a new or refurb to replace yours. I would suggest going through your service provider or check a few stores. Where I work we will give you the option of getting a factory refurb right there or we can send it to manufacturer and give you a loaner while it is gone. Plus that way you don't have to pay shipping.
