LG VX8000 USB and Tunes Question
Ok, got my USB cable for my VX8000 today, and what I really wanted it for was to play tunes, but when I tried the exact directions, no luck. I was able to load a couple pictures on there with some problems, but now it'll turn off every once in a while - just did it. I hope I didn't mess something up when deleting things...any suggestions?

Bottom line is the 8000's software is not compatible with a cable or mobile office kit. That is without hacking your phone and voiding the warranty.

I have heard that a software pkg called QPST and a Future Dial cable can let you upload MP3. But QPST is not active. I don't have MIDI capibilites. Options anyone????

Using Future Dial 3.01 software and their #50 cable, I have no problem placing a decent sized JPG as wallpaper. But the software ONLY recognizes MIDI for sound. Phooey.
I suspect the tech at the local Verizon store knows "how to" but is quiet when I bring it up. Surely someone has done it somewhere.
