VX8100 vs E815
Of course, both offer Bluetooth 1.2 technology that will enable them both to work like a high-speed modem for your notebook on the road, and for $15/month with VZW. Compare that with Cingular/ATT's $79/unlimited data connection that doesn't support notebook interfacing and you've got a good deal with VZW's VCast EV-DO offering.
The Samsung SCH-A890 cannot compete with the VX8100 and E815 as it has no Bluetooth, speakerphone, MP3 player, expansion memory slots, or USB support.
The Audiovox CDM-8940 doesn't have BT either but does have USB, MP3, and mini-SD expansion.

My question is with regard to "DATA-CAPABLE":
"Data-Capable: This means that the phone can be used like a modem to connect a separate computer to the Internet or other system.
With the proper equipment and network support, some phones also allow faxes to be sent and received."
VX8100 is not checked, E815 is checked. Does this mean the Motorola E815 can act as a modem but the LG VX8100 cannot act as a modem?
I thought that Bluetooth would enable both of them to act as a modem for notebook computers with bluetooth or USB.
