Try the last four of the previous users phone number. If that does not work, you are going to have to ask the previous person what it is.

here is what you can do. try what heather said about the phone number. if not just get the phone flashed.

i have a nokia(the white one with the flashlite) and it had call restrictions and my friend changed the lock code and forgot it.

i called vzw, and nokia. nokia said i had to send it back to them. the tech i talked to said nokia never released the software to flash the phones, so technically, if you find a cool tech (or are really nice) he just has to flash it for you.
