A few questions regarding LG
I use virgin Mobile and am the owner of an LG Aloha.
Aside from the issue of it not having any built-in speech IE: to check the battery life, missed calls blah blah blah, it's an all right phone. My problems do not lie within operating the phoneâ€”I'm blind and I can do something simple as dial a number, but what i cannot do is change the ringtones and jack the volume up (it's too low!), and change it so that it rings and vibrates.
I've contacted customer Service at Virgin Mobile (they must've thought I was deaf and blind as they directed me to the TTY portion of the phone), I explained that I did not need TTY; I just wanted something with limited speech, but to no avail.
