go for the 6100. it is way better. i have had both. the 6000 holds 20 pixs,the 6100 holds 60!!! and it has automatic voice command. you don't have to sit their and say every persons name in you phone book befor you can use your voice command.and the 6100 has flash i really think you should go to a store and check out the 6100 and the 6000.this 6100 is a big upgrade from the 6000 ya the6000 is great but i think you should pay more for the 6100 and i only had to pay 99.00 for my 6100 at verizon w/ one year contract!!i may sound ditsy but you really should check it out for your self.

I have a VX6000 and love my phone - sure the camera quality isn't great, but it's a phone and, IMO, if you care about pic quality you should be using a digital camera ... anyhow, I suggest you read the forums for 6000 and 6100 and read the user reviews. I've read a lot of bad things about the 6100 being buggy, etc., but at least Verizon has a 30 day / 400 minute (which ever comes first) return policy so if you get one and hate it, you can bring it back for the other.

I love my LG and look forward to getting another, I was looking forward to the 8000 but I'm just not in love with it so I won't dish the $$$ for it. My NE2 is up in August anyway, so I'm hanging w/my 6000 'til then.
