I know it has been a while -- almost 1 year but I'm new to this site and I have been with this company long before it was call Kyocera. In fact it use to be Qualcomm Personal Electronics ( QPE back in the day ). And I have to admit we have made some bad phones and some great phones! We stand behind all of our products. we are on top of new technology. We were the first company to come out with the smart phone (T2), we were the first company to come out with color/touch screen (T3), NFC ( near field communication)(E2000) But no one wants to use it.I would love to use my phone to buy a soda at the vending machine instead of looking for change! In fact we are ahead of the rest of the industry. How many companies use AWS? and how many still use AMPS? Companies like Verizon,Sprint still use this OLD technology.
The reason we still make simple phones, it is for people that don't use/need a camera/text msg etc.... Believe it or not alot of people just want the phone to ring! A nice cheap phone that make a call when needed. Would you buy a $200 phone for your kid???? NOT ME.
