trouble with kyocera, please help

I'm having trouble with my ringtones and picture ID. I assign a contact a ringtone but it doens't play the ringtone, instead it plays my default ringtone. Any suggestions?
Also the pics I assign to my contact do not show up on display when the contact calls. Instead the pic shows up on display only when I'm calling them. Please help!! Tx

We have had that happen, usually have to send it to a tech to get it reprogrammed. Three different models have done it including the KX1, 414, and one se47.
