Help With Turning on my internet on my samsung sunburst
Hello, some years ago I became a user of consumer cellular and I received a Samsung sunburst cell phone sgh A697 I loved that Phone. It was inexpensive and user friendly and it did everything that I wanted it to.
Sadly two weeks ago it stopped working and so I ordered the exact phone. over ebay. to make a long story short the new phone did everything that I wanted but internet and pictures I called Consumer cellular for help in getting those two things working and their tech support could not help me. when I hit the internet Icon A message comes up that says that that service is not available. I think that all I need to do is turn on the ternet but I have been unable to work these problems out. cn anyone give me a step by step list of...
