Samsung

Hi, I got a galaxy S3 one year before but I am not playing a lot with it now--- mainly using for calling and musics. It suddenly froze, touch screen won’t work yesterday. I had to remove my mpj extended battery purchased several months ago, make some rest and then turned on. It was on but began producing sounds like beep. I turned off the phone and left it aside. Tried to turn on again today but same weird sound. What should I do??? Many thanks!
