Samsung is the lower-quality-while-pretending-to-be-premium- quality-mass-consumer-platform, gawd knows they make millions off of bundling crap and ad-ware.

They'll make it as difficult as possible, that's one thing you can be sure of.

Built-in apps are most commonly pre-loaded by carriers.
Depending on this, you may need to root your phone.
I recommend that you go to the app administrator and try to remove the apps. If not, from Files Manager may work for you.
