Just a guess but is the lock code the last 4 digits of your phone number?

I realize this is old, but I thought I'd post it anyway: If you take the phone to a Sprint Service Center, they can do a software "refurb" on the phone. This cleans out the phone's settings, phonebook, almost everything, *including* the security lock. If I'm not mistaken, they can even copy the phonebook across.
