Impression issue

I recently got an Impression and Ilove it BUT...when someone texts a picture to me, I cannot figure out how to save it to my phone so that I can use it as a caller ID or just to have on my phone.

Does anyone know how to do this and pleeeaasse don't tell me it can't be done...I'll cry...or scream...not sure yet.
