Impression touchscreen died can't get data
The touchscreen stopped working, so now we can't turn on bluetooth or the pc connection to access pictures, contacts and other data stored in the phone. AT&T is replacing it under warranty, but we hate to lose everything. The AT&T store rep tried and couldn't get anywhere. Does anyone know of any alternative ways to extract dozens of my daughter's vacation memories and phone numbers onto the new phone, a memory card, or a computer without having the touchscreen?
