SCH A530 help please...
Hello,
I purchased this phone yesterday and like it very much. However, I can't seem to get the caller ID to:
1. show the name from my address book
2. get the picture and "special" ring for individuals chosen from my address book.
I only get the caller ID phone # when calls come in.

for the caller id to work you must enter the phone number like this the whole number 1-555-555-5555 I think that will fix your prob.

you actually don't want to include the "1" @ the beginning. it is a weird glitch on some samsung phones, i've never seen another brand do that 🙂
