Advanced voice dial features (e.g., VGA-1000)
Do any other Samsung phones offer these advanced voice dialing features? Does any other manufacturer offer them? And, do these features work well?
Nearly every Sprint phone has voice dialing. But, in order to dial by the digits, you need Voice Command which is a service for $5. Both VC and VD can be fussy. I hardly use either because if you have similiar names, the network and/or phone will sometimes confuss it with another entry. The one cool thing about VD, it won't work if some other voice is very different from use. Typically, if the recorded voice is male, a female voice wouldn't be able to use it.
Most phones that come back w/warranty issues is Samsung. I believe that they have very poor quality control procedures. If you want a phone comparable to the VGA1000/A62...
