HELP - How can I make the MP3 player work - Samsung D807
I am loving this phone and I know that the files must be in a certain format - the manual says MP3, ACC and ACC+
When I attempted to put the micro SD card into my computer to move files, I couldn't - do I need a certain software? It will not play wma files.
I know this is a new phone - heck, that's what I get for trying to be "fashion forward" - but tell me what you all have done to get music into the music folder on the card and assessible from the MP3 option on the phone.
And if I sound confused, it's because ...I am!!! - just ask away if you need clarification

what do you mean you couldnt put the card in your computer? i have this phone and can probably help, mine works fine.

Thanks for checking on me. Actually, I figured it out. After putting the card (with the MP3's from my computer) into the phone, I had to figure out how to move the music to the MP3 player. Once I figured it out, it was easy as pie!
The Samsung book didn't do justice explaining it, so after playing with it a bit, I got it over to the MP3 so the playlist will play continuosly. I am loving this phone so far! 😁
