Samsung

I bought my dad (an older gentleman) a samsung rugby II. I disabled push to talk by removing the button and clipping it then reinstalling it.

Now my only other problem is he hits the ATT navigator button and it charges us. Is there a way to delete this key or relocate it? Maybe a hack? Its the key right above the send button.
