I have a red samsung sync. When ever i close the phone to access the media player on the outside i only have time to press one of the buttons and then the light just shuts off and i have to open and close the phone to get it going again. Any help?

Hold one of the volume buttons in for about a count of 5 and the lights should come back on for you to work with.
