Why doen't samsung pull the a650
😡 Verizon continues to sell the samsung a650 as if there is no problem with the phone. Samsung knows that all of the phones forget downloaded ringtone assignments and Verizon denies it even if you return it over and over for a new one. These should be removed from the shelf until Samsung provides a fix. When you get frustrated they try to talk you into a digital phone (not another Samsung phone). They keep selling the a650 hoping that you won't notice the ringtone problem. Well it is a good phone but they don't work as advertised. They use to call that false advertisement. Now they use amnesia (the Clinton trick) as an excuse and play dumb. Samsung if you are concerned at all about the customer tell Verizon the phone is faulty and pull them...

Heck, going beyond assigned tones, I just want Samsung to replace the 650 with a new model because the silly-a** thing doesn't even have an external screen.
