Bluetooth Version in 7100

Can anyone tell me what version of Bluetooth the Blackberry 7100 has? I just bought a Nokia 6670 (Version 1.1) and Motorola Headset (version 1.2) The reception is horrible. I am hoping to upgrade to a Cell with 1.2.

So who has the Blackberry 7100?

I purchased the Blackberry 7100g. I like it a lot. I wish that it played MP3 ringtones but if you go to http://www.vodaberry.com/top20/ you can d/l some adp files.

I had an issue w/ it almost from the getgo, though. I think a file was corrupt. That has since been corrected & all is well & I really do love this phone. πŸ™‚

Blackberry with Verizon

I currently am a Verizon customer and travel about half of the month throughout the entire US. Verizon consistently has the best coverage in most areas. Now, here is my dilemma.

I want a Blackberry. Not the old (clunky) BlackBerry but the new 7100 series BlackBerry. I would have the best of both worlds, being able to use this device as a phone and also being able to retrieve my email (pushed). I know that the 7100 series currently offered is GSM and will not work on the Verizon network. For that reason, I am tempted to switch to Cingular and buy a 7100G. What I really want to know is there a 7100 series or another Blackberry on the horizon that I should wait for. I really don’t want to switch carriers and am willing to wait a few...

blackberry os 4.0

Here's some info on the latest Blackberry OS:

http://www.mobilewhack.com/pda/blackberry/4_dot_0_co ... »

Finally there's categories, multiple addresses, and a password locker. It's about freakin' time. Full PIM sync over the air through BES 4.0 looks nice. The addition of a photo album is funny. When you only get 16MB, or 32MB for the 7290, I suspect the photo album will just cause more grief than it's worth. I can imagine people stuffing their BB's full of pics and then griping because they are running out of memory.

Client Management Software???

i have a client that has the 6280. BES is coming in the next few months for her organization. In the meantime, is there a 3rd party app available that does contact management similar to Outlook? She needs to be able to search her entire Blackberry (Emails/Contacts/etc) for things at a glance.

Is there something available??? Please let me know.

Thanks!

Blackberry 6220

I'm curious I know on the Blackberry website the 6220 is listed for UK only. I have 3 in my possesion and they work for Cingular. 2 are unlocked and work on T-Mobile. I was wondering why not even Blackberry shows they made a 6220 US version? Thanks in advance!
