I am interested in the W810I with Cingulars service. Although most posted reviews on this phone have been great I have read considerable info on call and MP3 sound quality/hissing. Cingular no longer offers this phone on their website although the sites like Amazon and Letstalk still have it. Does anyone know of this phone is being dropped or is an update in the works?

Swedish site mobile.mkf.se posted information of Sony Ericssons next product announcement day, and according to them Sony Ericsson will announce new phones on June 14th.

Anyone know if SE is planning any new versions of the p910 before I buy another used one to replace the one I have that is broken?

When is Sony Ericsson going to release some new phones in the US (specifically cingular)??? Any information would greatly appreciated.

Any ideas on how to fix outside keypad? None of the buttons register anymore. Worked fine last week. I can still use phone, but not using keypad buttons or OK button. Please help! Master reset didn't work.

I just got this past Tuesday a new 800i and I am not getting very good battery life. One of the reasons I got rid of the Samsung Sync and go this phone was battery life. Has anyone else had this problem 😕

I got a problem with my "Sony Ericsson" W550i's bluetooth,
I can send files via bluetooth but cant receive any,
[(Inspite of having almost 100MB memory as free)it shows a msg something like "MEMORY FULL! PLEASE DELETE ONE OR MORE ITEMS"]

Can anybody tell me what must be the problem?

I'm new here...can someone provide some support on debranding my SE 810i. I have gone through many of the threads to educate myself, but I still am having trouble. I have a credit with wotan. Once I connect the USB cable to my phone while holding the "C" button nothing happens except....My phone goes into file transfer mode. or my photos get uploading on my computer. The Wotan program never seems to connect with my phone.

The "C" button is the one right below the cingular internet icon correct???

I asked for support on wotan but I've got no answer.

If you have successfully completed debranding can you please help me!

I found this website and downloaded their Mobile Agent program to my PC and I am able to archive all my text messages. The program lets you do a whole lot more but that's all I use it for, personally. Check the site out and download the right version for your phone, it's free and definitely worth it. It worked right away for me, I didn't have to tweak anything. I just use my W300i and the factory USB cable and it works great. Mobile Agent works for Sony Ericsson only right now. I know there's a lot of people who have important messages they don't want to lose and this alone could make buying that Sony worth it for some of us. Have fun guys, thought I would share the find with you.

I really WANT to like the W810 but the keypad bothers me. Is it really large enough to be effective and easy to manipulate ?

I have a branded w810i and i dont want to unbrand it right now. How do I cut the mp3s down so i can use them for a ringtone?

Hello Scoopers... i only have a couple of questions.

1st. Is there any way to modify the emoticons, I use the notes to share it thru the bluetooth, but there's only 4 of them and are boring as hell.

2nd. It is possible that i can delete all protected files from the phone, such as videos images etc.

Any info or sugestion will be apreciated.

i live in New York.I know k790a is best for USA..But i love k800i caz its 3g,front cam though it will not work here wt T-mobile as it does not support all features.

I'm very frustrated at this point but have never owned a nice phone so I want to stick with this. I've contacted sony support a few times but they always give me stupid obvious responses which always fail. Anyway here are the two most annoying problems I'm suffering from:

My phone WAS playing my music in the order layed out in the album. I hate and can't listen to an album out of order. Recently I converted my whole collection to AAC. I can fit SO much more music but when I scroll to an album in the walkman it is all out of order. Infact I don't know what order it is. They are not sorted by file size, alphabetical or by track. It seems to be random. Anyone have an idea?

Last year I bought an s710a and I thought the pic quality was awesome. Then it got stolen and cingular sent me the w600. The picture quality is supposed to be the same, but it's WAY worse. Now, I'm looking at the w810i and am curious how the quality compares. The s710a screen was bigger too. Are these phones getting worse?

I was just looking at this amazing phone on the SE site, and I'm officially in love with the features and overall look of this device.

I've been a user of Sony Ericsson's products for a while now...(T68i, S710a, W600) I messed up and bought a HTC 3125, and I HATE every aspect of this high priced piece of garbage. I could have saved money and bought the M600 unlocked from EBAY. Its safe to say that I miss a well made SE product ☹️

My question (s) is (are), has anyone actually used the M600 or is there anybody out there that owns it?
Is it all that good?
Will it work properly on Cingular's network?
