honestly, if this phone can be had at a decent price with a contract (it's like $700 without apparently) then it is an ipod killer!!!

apparently, nokia has said it will miss the christmas shopping season with this phone and it will be released in Q1 of 2006.

Its been out for a month now. You can buy it from RitzCamera or WolfCamera or from CompUSA for only $399.99. Most places don't require a phone activation so just call up before you go and talk to them. Some guys dont do it some of them do.
