I bought a Samsung a920 and can not change the ringtones to custom ringtones, I know how to make them (mp4). But I do not know how to load them.

I go to Menu, Settings, Sound, Ringer Type, Voice Calls, and when I select Voice calls I only get the options:
-single tones
-ring tones
-melodies
-downloads

How do I point to the trans flash card, is this possible to do? Any help would be appreciated.

Sprint is putting their MM-A800 on clearance. Is it being discontinued? Reasons?

well i got mine in the mail last friday. it was this or the lg 8300, both free from verizon with a contract of course. i have it for 2 more weeks and can still send it back if i dont like it. so far i love almost everything. the buttons look and work great, soft springs is nice. sometimes i type too fast for it but oh well. the outside is al ittle too retro and cheap looking imo. i love the black, and the fact no one has this phone. but i dont think the outside design conveys the featuers it has across. maybe an afermarket shell or something will make it stand out? do they exist? menus are great, camera is good although the camcorder tends to streak a bit and jump. but being able to control black and white and sepia and other things is cool....

hey does any one know how to unlock the x640 i put a diffrent sim card in it and it asks for a code but does any one have a generator or free way of unlocking them? please let me know at shane_patto@hotmail.com

Hello! anybody can help me figure out how to transfer my phonebook from my old SE P910 to my new D900? can seem to send it via bluetooth. keep on receiving but can't find where it go! i presumed there should be incompatibility problem. tried using memory card to memory card but as i open it says unsupported files! am in great miserable dilemma! Pls help!!!!!!!!!!thanks in advance!

Is it just me, but if you set a birthday in your A900 as a yearly event, are you getting it come up for any year other than the current year? What's the point of the "yearly"?

I gathered from the review that accessing the question mark is difficult. Is this something that manufacturers typically address in software/firmware updates? I just ordered this phone. I like to text, and am crossing my fingers.

i need serious help, whenever i take a photo on my d5 camera, when you actually take the photo it includes bits of the surrounding envirionment. for example, if i wanted ti take a photo of an image of a car from google images, i will set the camera, find the desired shot, but when i actually take the photo it captures white bits from around the picture.

basically, someone give me their setting s for their d500, i,e.

I am loving this phone and I know that the files must be in a certain format - the manual says MP3, ACC and ACC+
When I attempted to put the micro SD card into my computer to move files, I couldn't - do I need a certain software? It will not play wma files.
I know this is a new phone - heck, that's what I get for trying to be "fashion forward" - but tell me what you all have done to get music into the music folder on the card and assessible from the MP3 option on the phone.
And if I sound confused, it's because ...I am!!! - just ask away if you need clarification

i got a microsd 1gb card today and i dont know how to put files on it. it only came with an adapter. do i just put the card in the phone and add files via the usb cable or do i have to buy somthing to connect the card to the computer? any help will be appreciated.

I know that you have to upload your ringers and cant put them on transflash but i dont have a data plan only voice so if i lets say put a 3-5 mb song or maybe even less 2 mb or 1mb song on the phone how much will it cost or is it free?

I'm eligible for a new phone with Verizon. I was having problems with my lg vx7000 then I killed it by accidentally pouring water on it so I'm using an older, highly frustrating phone in the mean time. I don't particuarly like any of the ones out now (everyone has a RAZR, thought about the V but too bulky and bad reviews). I've been looking at the sch-a990. I know it is supposed to come out in Q3 but does anyone have a more roundabout idea, as in what month perhaps? Thanks b/c I cant take this pos for long.
