Using a Windows Phone Offline?
So, I'm wanting to find a windows phone 3rd party without ever setting it up on an actual network. I'm solely wanting it just to play Windows Games while on a WiFi network.
Can this be done relatively easily? Would this require anything special outside of being set up on a WiFi network? Are there any models that are better/worse for this? Any assistance that could be offered would be appreciated. Thanks!
