If youre worried most about durability, go with the motorola. As far as the non-removable battery, power button and volume down takes care of rebooting in case of a freeze. DNA looks like a winner, but there is no SD card slot. That killed it for me. Galaxy SIII sounds like a solid winner from everyone I have talked to.
It all boils down to personal preference and what features you want. If the DNA had removable memory, thats the one I would spring for. But I have my own reasons and know what features Im looking for in a smartphone.
