I am work today, I'm an event producer, Hyde Park Jazz fest is happening, I'm multitasking and answered call from my husband, and hung up, thought I had hit the sleep button, but sadly did not! Stuck it back in my pocket and then the phone rang again, I pulled it out of pocket and answered call after hanging up that call from client, looked at screen saw I had text message and noticed the flick to unlock screen was not there, touched the screen and nothing, so I'm a lil rushed so I'm thinking, maybe the phone just froze, so I'll take battery out to reset it. But again the screen i've come to like and expect is still not, showing up. Take my phone to my assistant a lil geek of a girl and as soon as she looks at my phone, she chuckles and says Mrs. Beckham, just put in your pass code to unlock it!! I have a small stroke I'm like I didnt set a pass code, can never remember them, so I know I don't set them. She's like well that's what its asking for a pass code, the phone is locked. I scream I cry I have to take a break from this very demanding festival!! I have no communication and celebrities are arriving and needing me!! Mercy!! I didn't set the pass code so I have no idea what was pushed while it was in my pocket, Is there a reset method on this phone to make it go back to factory settings, my phone numbers are backed up so I'm ok with loosing pics only took 10 but at this point I need my cell to work! Please somebody help me!!!
