I've heard good things about Dolphin Browser,
but frankly the browser on honeycomb is pretty excellent as it is. Especially with the shortcuts lab feature on (I forget what it's actually called). It runs the browser page full screen, no onscreen icons, and you pull up the controls by sliding your finger from the side of the screen and it pops up for you. Pretty slick.
And I noticed alot of the games are excellent on a 10 inch screen.
