I did a quick google search for you and found some people saying that, after Ice Cream Sandwich, the next version will be Jellybean. But I couldn't find any reports on the following version, the "K" version.
I suggest Klondike Bar. But that probably won't happen, unless Google pays UniLever a good chunk of change for the use of the name (I would love it if they did, BTW. THAT would be hilarious).
Being of Polish descent, I may also suggest Kolache. Certain varieties of Kolaches make excellent desserts, imo.
